Monkey Hill

Monkey Hill, also known as Khao Toh Sae, is one of Phuket Town’s most local viewpoints. The route is basically a paved climb towards the radio and TV towers, and the best views often appear before the very top. A dedicated viewing platform was added near the upper section, giving you a clear panorama over Phuket Town when the sky is clean.

The main attraction is the monkeys. They are wild, they are used to people, and they can be unpredictable. Visit in daylight, keep your distance, keep your bag closed, and do not bring food into the open.

Plan around 1.5 hours total for the experience, including the walk up, time at the viewpoints, and an easy return.
