Over the course of two hours, our expert chefs will guide you through the secrets of local ingredients and Thai cooking techniques.

Join us in exploring the vibrant flavours Thailand has to offer, where our menu is rotated daily and carefully curated for balance and variety. To ensure that you enjoy every dish at its best, courses are cooked in intervals, with each dish savoured fresh from the pan. Unlimited soft drinks are included, so you can stay refreshed while you cook.

Morning classes include a guided trip to the lively local market, where you’ll discover the fresh produce, herbs, and spices that inspire Thai cooking. Afternoon classes come with a sweet treat of your choice, chosen from our dessert card, the perfect finale to your meal. To capture the memories, an assistant chef will take photos for you throughout the class, letting you focus on the joy of cooking. Take home with you a recipe booklet with 26 authentic Thai dishes, so you can recreate the flavors of Thailand long after your trip.
