In Thai, "Jaak Din" means "from the earth." The concept of the slow food restaurant and bakery entails using only locally sourced ingredients and homemade products to create the unique flavors of each dish on the menu. Jaak Din is an all-day dining haven featuring a bakery and takeaway food counter, offering sandwiches, freshly baked bread, croissants, and other pastries. Additionally, you'll find a wide selection of freshly roasted, aromatic coffee and various types of tea grown following local ecological standards.
